Pesan-pesan itu berkaitan dengan penggunaan anggaran.

“Kendalikan secara detail belanja-belanja yang ada, mengikuti secara detail belanja-belanja yang ada. Jangan terjebak rutinitas serta ini juga berkali-kali saya ingatkan memperbesar pembelian produk-produk dalam negeri khususnya produk UMKM,” ujar Jokowi.
Kepala negara juga mengingatkan tidak ada program kementerian yang tidak bersinggungan dengan kementerian lain.

“Oleh sebab itu kerjanya harus kerja terintegrasi, tidak sektoral, dan berjalan sendiri-sendiri,” kata Jokowi.

Mantan Gubernur DKI Jakarta itu juga menitipkan pesan untuk pemerintah daerah dan kepala daerah, memperhatikan dari waktu ke waktu hingga jam ke jam pergerakan angka inflasi di daerah masing-masing.
“ini penting sekali, ini momok semua negara, inflasi. Sekali lagi perhatikan pergerakan angka inflasi di daerah masing masing,” ujar Jokowi.

Terakhir, kepala negara meminta K/L maupun pemda mempercepat realisasi belanja di APBN maupun APBD khususnya belanja modal dan belanja sosial.
